Robert Maderick took his time and explained everything to us in full detail, he even "dumbed" it down for me . He provided pictures and explained them as well. I called him and he was at my door in less than 20 minutes - I was definitely not expecting that on a Saturday after 5pm. Thank you to the person that canceled!! Best Air Conditioning is simply the Best from Customer Service to getting the Job Done Right the First time. David P. was Outstanding, he is personable, extremely Compentent, and true to his word. I had a faulty gas valve in my Goodman HVAC, David not arrived on tie but he was early and called 30 min prior. He found the problem in 5 minutes, called to find out their were no parts in Las Vegas, coordinated with the warehouse in Bakersfield Calif. and got the parts ovenight, He arrived the very next day with the part, fixed the problem and arrived 15 minutes early first thing in the morning and gave 30 minutes notice. My heater now works perfectly! Do yourself a favor and call Best AC and Heating first !! Oh and make sure to ask for David !!
